Mutual feelings re: Barking Dogs

Thank goodness there are others who feel the way I and my family do about the barking dogs. We live in the area of 71st Drive and La Senda and are miserable when the neighborhood dogs have been left outside to bark from the wee hours of the morning until well past 11pm. Rather than go behind their backs we tried talking with a couple of the dogs' owners but this brought little relief. I have no intention to cause bad feelings between myself and the neighbors, however, I feel my rights have been infringed upon. If this problem persists, as it has in the past, we will cooperate with anyone interested in making a formal complaint. I may be reached at the email address provided.

You Can Stop The Problem!

As a Board Member I have to deal with these sort of things almost weekly.

It is illegal in Glendale for this situation to exist.

Call 930-3610 for assistance from the city.

Also, contact John Herbert at Rossmar 264-4973.

We have had a lot of success by using both the city and the association to stop this rude behavior on the part of inconsiderate residents of the association.

Yes thank you for the information. I was wondering if it even helped to report a barking dog. We have tried to talk to our neighbors several times about their barking dog. It would get better for a few days and then start up again. The dog was tied up to the dog house all day long. The dog got out the other day and they were going to put out a reward for the dog in case someone found it in the neighborhood. Honestly i'm glad it got out even though I do love dogs. But now.....they have a pupply TIED up in the same place the other dog was and the dog has been barking incessently all morning!! HOURS and HOURS and HOURS!!
