Tierra Del Sol is home!

Tierra Del Sol HOA functions under the Covenants and Bylaws established when the community was originally developed. All payments of HOA dues are collected and financial records are maintained by Association Management Services under the direction of the Tierra Del Sol Treasurer.

The Tierra Del Sol Board meets on the last Thursday of each Month at 6:00 p.m. to conduct the business of the HOA.

• The Grounds Committee supervises the landscape contractors and tree trimming service and coordinates much of the day-to-day maintenance of the property. The Grounds Committe is led by Peggy Shaw.
• The Architectural Control Committee approves any structural changes to the exteriors of the buildings. The Architectural Control Committee is led by David Asher.
• The Pool Committee monitors the activities at the pool, offer a safe, fun, and enjoyable pool experience for the community. The committee is responsible for monitoring the activities at the pool, help enforce pool rules, and help keep our community pool a safe place to visit. The Pool Committee is led by Shirley Vimont.
• The Social Committee will begin to work on events for the community to enjoy and to raise money for prizes. The Social Committee is led by Lizeth Marquez.
