All residents should be aware that we have community ''covenants'' that are legally in place for the Timberline subdivision. If you are considering adding on to your home, putting up a storage shed, or any other changes to your property. Please check with the President of the Timberline Homeowner's Association, Mr. John Stewart @ 318.635.2724 or any Executive Board member prior to starting construction. We will furnish you with a copy of the community covenants, if you do not have one.
