TOONERVILLE TROLLEY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
MEETING MINUTES--16 December 2004

The TTNA Christmas Party/meeting was held at the home of the Kesslers, 1301 S. Brook St. The party/meeting was well-attended by past, present, and hopefully, future members. The food was plentiful and wonderful.

The festivities were briefly interrupted to hold a short meeting to elect the new 2005 TTNA officers.

Dale Tucker, president, brought the meeting to order. The first order of business was to thank the Kessler?’s for their gracious hospitality.

Dale thanked the 2004 for Officers for their efforts during the year and then proceeded to present the Slate of proposed officer for the members consideration and vote.

The slate of proposed officers as presented at the November meeting:
President: Jennifer Hamilton
Vice-President: Kevin Kouba
Treasurer: Don Driskell
Secretary: Jo Ann Macy

Because of other commitments, Don Driskell did not feel that he would have time to adequately fulfill his obligations as TTNA Treasurer and declined the position. Helga Ulrich volunteered to replace Don as Treasurer.

The new slate of proposed 2005 officers was voted upon and accepted by the members present.

Vice-President: Kevin Kouba
Treasurer: Helga Ulrich
Secretary: Jo Ann Macy

The meeting was adjourned (but the party continued.)
