Torrey Pines Homeowners Association

When is the last time you visited the Torrey Pines Playground?  I don't blame you.  It is now a pile of busted and rotten wood surrounding a mud hole.  It's in pretty good shape compared to the tennis courts.  If the HOA doesn't get sued by someone breaking a leg at the playground, they probably will by someone tripping over the cracks in the tennis courts.  The whole recreation area has turned into a health hazard!  The parking lot is in pretty good shape.  Maybe we could move the swings to the parking lot and set up the tennis nets there too.  The whole area is an embarrassment!
