Management Company
CNT Enterprises has resigned as of September 30, 2000, 5 p.m. We do not currently have a management company. We are researching management companies or other services to conduct the business of our association.
Assessment Project
Previously, there were plans for a special assessment of approximately $1,900 per unit to cover capital improvement costs of roofing, painting, and gutters. It was erroneously reported that our insurance company required that we replace the roofs immediately; it has been determined that it is not a requirement for our insurance coverage. Due to other more pertinent issues, this matter has been postponed for further review. Maintenance is an issue that will be under consideration this coming year.
Four buildings have been completed (painting, roofing, gutters) without a special assessment at this time.
Payment Books
It is your responsibility to pay your monthly assessment whether you have a coupon booklet or not. If you do not have a booklet, please call (303) 805-2926 or fax (303) 805-9368 to request this book. In the meantime, mail your payment (and any back payments) to Town & Country Village HOA; Imperial Bank?–Assn. Bank SVCS; PO Box 40307; Denver, CO 80204-0307. The Association will no longer accept payments at the shed.
