Of course I will be monitoring this site for obvious reasons. I think I would anyway. Once homeowners and renters realize there is the latest in information, my hope is it will be hit much more frequently.

Yes, I am reading these postings. I feel it will be a very useful tool once people are more aware of it. I think it will be great for communication.
