Town Creek Homeowner's Association has a voluntary homeowner's annual fee of $25.00 per household. These funds are used to maintain the creek and medians surrounding our neighborhood and provide the activities throughout the year.
The Town Creek Crime Watch is an extension of the Town Creek Homeowner's Association. Membership in Crime Watch requires payment of a quarterly fee of $75.00. This helps to provide an off-duty policeman in a marked police car throughout the neigborhood. Membership advantages include vacation service, access to the police mobile phone and a voice mail system to contact the police. Signs are provided to members to put in their yards.
Town Creek Homeowner's Association consists of 593 homes in the Lake Highlands area. Our neighborhood association is one of the most active in Dallas and our Crime Watch Association one of the most successful.
The creek that runs through the middle of Town Creek is beautifully maintained. Residents enjoy walking the creek paths anytime of year.
Our Homeowner's Association provides annual activites for adults as well as children. More than 500 people regularly attend the annual Halloween Festival each year. Many children turn out for the Easter Egg hunt geared to children of all ages. Our National Night Out Against Crime is always a success in spite of the hot weather.
Our semi-annual homeowner's meetings are always held at a lovely restaurant in the area. Generally there is a speaker pertinent to our neighborhood interests or a performing group from one of the schools provides entertainment.
Town Creek is located in the Richardson Independent School District. The district is consistently ranked as one of the top districts in the state as well as the country. Our neighborhood schools provide a quality education to our children.
