Towne Lake Garden Association

Is it me or does there seem to be a never ending project going on at the corner house on Pavillion circle.  Please tell me that all this work has been approved by the Arch.committee.  And that he really isn't going to be aloud to stucco his house! This would be a very wrong look for the neighborhood.  

It would not be the first house with stucco.  On the north loop of Lake Path, a two-story applied stucco.  I thought it looked pretty good.

YES, this project has been approved by the ACC and I also have a building permit issued by the City.  You could get your answer much faster if you would take the time to stop and ask your neighbor the question.  Would you rather look at a property that is well maintained and pays his association dues, or look at properties that have no lawn, fences falling down or in need of repair, the wood portion of the home in need of repair, and with owners (about 20%) who don't pay their association dues.
