As I was entering TL this afternoon, the vehicle with the license TBS-485 slammed on his brakes in the lane in front of us. (No there was not a duck or child or runaway toy present.) I swerved around him to get out of the gate path. He sped up to a dangerous level and passed us as both the driver and the passanger shot the finger at us.
This is the same vehicle previously reported for graffiti.
This is the same vehicle that also delivers loud volume every night on Lake Sunset. I don't think he respects Ms. Holt's expectation that her visitors will be quiet.
