Meeting summary:

We are attempting to finish out the Austin Chalk well in the large park, pay the Edwards Aquifer Authority penalty, lease water rights & attorneys fees with existing funds.

We have a local attorney to follow up on residents who are seriously past due on assessments, up to & including legal action.  When you bought your house, you agreed to pay.  We agree to collect.

Wildwood Management begins work Tuesday, September first.  Look for a letter from them very soon.

Broadway Bank is our new bank for reserve funds.  Two signatures are required for any transaction, one board member & one from Wildwood.

If you make any visible changes to your house; i.e. paint, landscaping, etc. you need to get the ACC approval.  Read your paperwork that came from the title company.  There are a few violations that are going to be attended to soon.
