Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. We can publish a summary in the Feb. news letter. Some bills are still being processsed. I really do not like posting financial or legal matters on the World Wide Web that can be seen by anyone in the whole wide world. While our new well is pumping, we need to monitor it over a long period of time to see if it can keep up with evaporation & leakage, not to mention if we ever use the water for irrigation.

Since you mentioned it, I think evaporation will only get worse as global warming continues, but I think our cats won't mind continueing to share.
