OK, the letter says the annual fees are now $432. No big deal, I am fine with that.

The letter says if I pay the full amount by Jan 15th, I receive a credit of $36.00 and the amount due would be $369...

So, i'm not that great at math, but $432 minues $36 seems like it should be $396??

I am guessing our "NEW" company transposed 2 numbers? I assume they either didn't proof read, or didn't catch their error...

Anyone???

Good eye Draston!   $432 - $36 = $396   I'll bring it up with Dawn at Wildwood today.

Payment in full gives the resident a one month ($36) discount.
