The Management co. and the HOA have legal council. If it is deemed necessary by either or both groups then legal action can and will be undertaken on behalf of the association. It is within our best interests to take legal action only and after reasonable dialog between ourselves and offending parties has proven to be fruitless. However, a court record search for Bexar county will
show that over 96% of the cases filed have been awarded to the HOA's. These judgements have have included fines, property leins, forfeiture, and in rare instances jail time for Hoa covenant violations. It just depends on the circumstances .
