Our annual meeting is Tuesday, February 2nd, 7 pm at the Toolyard. Residents have received a solicitation in the mail to serve on the Board of Directors. If you read this site regularly, you are an informed & concerned resident. Please consider serving on The Board. A term on the board is three years.
Without a proactive Board, I can assure you that our neighborhood will decline. Our management company takes care of the formalities, but it is up to volunteer residents to give them input & direction.
It is not an easy job. Differences of opinions are common. Progress comes slow. Many residents are apathetic. You can make a difference if you try. Is it your turn?
