Towne Lake Garden Association

I'm driving in early Sunday Morning  12:45 am  after the Texas Tech-Michigan game and I see two dogs attacking a duck.  One is black and brown dachsund and the other is small golden spaniel.  I don't know if these animals are owned by a neighbor and let out at night or are strays.

 I also believe they are responsible for the rash of duck killings a couple of weeks back. (its just incidental that the carcasses were later run-over)

I've seen the two dogs you describe running around leashless, no tags, no owner(s) in sight, on the lakeside area of the neighborhood, off and on for several months now. I suspect they're strays. I have no idea how to catch them, or where they go when they aren't lakeside.
