Keeping common area maintained

It seems apparent that our association can no longer afford to maintain the common area. So do we need to consider raising dues or having a fund raiser? It seems wrong to warn or ticket the resident while our common areas are in such bad shape.

I agree, if would only take an additional $5.00 a month per houshold to keep our place looking good, DO IT!
