Kevin Ott is the unsung hero of our neighborhood.  Kevin, takes time to do a huge amount of lawn maintenance on the common areas in our neighborhood. Cutting, trimming, and repairing he does this without calling attention to himself.   If you see Kevin, tell him thanks for all that he's done!   I suppose it goes without saying that volunteering to help Kevin would be greatly appreciated also....

I don't know Webby, he's also the guy that wants to raise our assessments & make our neighborhood competetive with other gated communities in San Antonio so that we can retain and attract the best residents.  I like our neighborhood the way it's been for the past twenty five years:  in a slow state of decline with cheap assessments. 

Faith, assessment are fees that are charged for large repairs or improvements.(and must be voted on)

dues are paid once a month...for maintenance...

As is with everything in life costs go up. Hell ordering a coke at a dennys is two bucks now. Used to be 75 cents!!

I do think however if we are going to increase fees we need more for it. A nicer sign at the entrance. Mabe take some stone around the gate to make a wall instead of just iron gates.

Our neighborhood is ghetto for a gated neighborhood. Peoples fences look bad, yards are bad etc.
