Towne Lake Garden Association

A big thank you to the person that built the 2x4 ladder to the new Morningstar boardwalk at the front of the subdivision (really great when it's totally dry down there). I hope S.A. Parks and Rec will leave it stand. In the event they remove it, I would like to propose a gate (with a combination lock) be installed in the back of the subdivision in the vacant area across from 10838 - l0842 Lake Path. That would give all residences an easy access to the boardwalk and trail going to McCalister Park, and some day beyond.

That sounds like a fantastic idea to put an entrance to the walkway from our neighborhood. I was told that they, (city), want access only from either end of the walkway. We can ask and see what happens.

What we really don't need are any more access points to or from our neighborhood.  There's enough foot traffic through here already.
