The Declaration of CC&R which all buyers in Towne Lake agree to states, "The Lake Property shall not be used for swimming, boating, floating or fishing unless such use is approved by the Declarant and the Owner's Association. Article VII, Section 7.2. This document is given to buyers at the time of purchase. It is also available at www.countyclerk.bexar.landata.com/ under land records. The document number is 981946.

Thanks Scott, after re-reading the CC&R , it appears that it would only take a quarom vote to approve fishing on the lake and or permitting the construction of a pier or other structure as approved by the Arch. comm. I personally don't fish but it would not be a big deal to put the measure to a vote. |
