Who can be called to get the camera on the gate to be position correctly?  Is it the management group or the board?  I am sure both are aware of it,  but it still points to the ground. 

I am going to call the management company in the morning anyway and we shall see.

The gentelman contracted to take care of the cameras at the front gate has cancer. He has been in and out of the hospital due to his condition. He has tried to get out several times to no avail.

We have been working to get someone else contracted to take over the job. I know, as well as everyone else, that the cameras have been pointed in the wrong direction for a while.

Just wanted to know what the monthly or yearly fee for the cameras are, and how are the views captured for review.  Seems like there should be a contract for proper care and maintence of the cameras.

That would be the Board. Wildwood was not originally contracted to install or maintain the cameras, so there is no telling who is/was watching you. I'm sure once the water and well issues are paid for we can get back on track.
