The next HOA meeting is scheduled on September 28, 2010, at the Tool Yard and will start at 7:00 pm. Please attend this meeting, as we will be discussing your neighborhood. Topics include: what needs to be done, what is being done, etc... Your input is needed and appreciated

I wanted to go to this meeting but ended up at my kids football game.

Anything worth updating those of us that could not attend?

Pretty much just updating the progress in the ongoing up keep of the neighborhood. Other issues were brought up and discussed, but the turn out of residents was about 6 people.

The Annual Meeting in February needs a turn out from all the residents. Last Annual Meeting was lacking of residents. We need a quorum in order to vote. We also need some residents to step up and be on the BOD.

Its tough to know what the neighborhood wants and needs with out a turn out from residents, except for the obvious things to be done.

Get the word out.
