   Anyone else have a problem with Wildwood Management taking "extra" money out of your account?  I DO...Instead of the $36 monthly amount auto debited from my account, a total of $118 was taken out. Of course I called immediately and was told it was an error and a check for the difference could be made. Great right? Wrong.

   Turns out the extra $82 put me in the negative on that account and my bank charged be a $25 over draft fee. When I informed the guy who answered of this additional amount, he said he would need to call me back tomorrow morning. I said for them to expect MY call if I dont hear from someone by 10am. Stay tuned!!!

Went to Wildwood office and picked up my check. Needless to say, there was a stack of checks that were going to be mailed to other homeowners. Heres the kicker, attached was a letter by Wildwood apologizing for the error. The extra amount taken out is suppose to be done in January 2011. Thats right, dues are going up and they are taking them out QUARTERLY instead of monthly. According to Wildwood, this was something our board voted on. Our packets "should be received in the mail."

 And what do I get in the mail box, a packet with all the info. Thanks TL board...
