Don't forget to pay your dues in full for the year before the end of January and get a discount. Then you don't have to worry or possibly forget to pay the dues quarterly.
Thank you,
Scott

Thanks for the reminder. I just paid in full. I gues it is like a 7% savings or so...
I used to pay every three months but decided if I pay in full it is once less bill to try to keep up with.
I know people will get on and cry about the increase and new billing cycles but our fees are not bad at all. I'll spend more on junk food in one trip to wal mart than it costs all year for the dues.
I think next year we need to go up again and hopefully spend the money to fix this place up. |

I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for a little extra road work epecially to keep the speed bumps marked, and perhaps a couple extra runs from the street sweepers during autumn & winter months. The only issue I might take with assessments would be with Wildwood. If they're doubling our late fees, but charging others less that pay monthly, that would be a problem. |

i for one among most townelake owners am sick and tired of the raises with no results. the supposed security camera took great pictures of the post and ground for almost 6 months the gates are broke and stuck more often thn they work, and i do electrical dont tell me it is from lightning strikes thats baloney made up for the unintiated. took almost three years to get a new key punch box. park areas are not maintained. i saw a couple cleaning up the park for there wedding in october because it hadnt been maintained in weeks. we should demand rebates or refunds for all the money paid in and for what ? non functioning equipment and no maintenance. please give us a break |
