Who do we all know the works on cars/trucks on Lake Sunset Ct. caused this. Just think not if, but when this happens it could be you cat or dog to be next to die. I now keep my cat inside. Why do we pay the HOA if they do not take any action when things like this happen.

our hoa is the worst i have ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. they will not do anything about those people that have no respect for there neighbors or the neighborhood. i would gladly take real management back in  a minute they were much better to work with and in all the years i have lived in towne lake they never raised our monthly rates. much less raising them twice in two years of control. i dont walk my dog for fear of something like this happening. i am so sad to see our neighbor hood pets go.

 

I called the HOA.  They had no idea about the incident with the ducks.  But beware if you leave your trashcans out too long.  You will get a certified letter. 

When the last HOA meeting minutes are posted, please review the report on the ducks in the neighborhood...
