The reason we have rules is that , given common sense, all will abide them.  The reasonable expectation that our property values will remain solid is hopefully our common goal. But I'l l bet that you'd be the first to bitch and whine to the Management co. if your no-so -friendly neighbor painted their house Hot Pink !  Give a little , Gain alot.

The HOA management company is ridiculous! I got married a year and a half ago and they have yet to get my last name corrected on any of their documentation. I've done everything asked to get this taken care of and things are still not corrected. Correcting a last name is not rocket science!

As I've posted before, I'm sick of Wildwood. The area around the lake is a jungle. We received a letter telling us our bushes were "over-grown." We called Wildwood, and had to leave a message, as usual. We stated we'd be happy to trim back our established bushes once they decided to take care of the lake disaster area. Until then, they can stuff it.

Code compliance section of the city of San Antonio also cites HOA for not upkeeping  public spaces in the subdivision....Just a thought.....
