The fountains/aerorators are usually ordered out of state. It takes about two to three weeks to arrive. The real hassle is actually installing them. (kinda Scary). it also requires an electrician to make sure the wire is water proofed and sound. I'm not speaking for the mgnt co or the board but it does take a while to get all the folks together to fix that fountain.
