I went to take my daughter to the tot lot last weekend  and what I found was dog droppings in the park  needless to say we left and my daughter was heart broken. Why can't these people pick up after their dog and what is the maintenance broad doing about it to enforce the rules.. You get complaints about little things like items in your front yard I think this is more of a problem and health issue for the kids in the neighborhood.

I have two dogs and dont walk them in the neighborhood.  What some people fail to realize is the effect of their dogs waste on other people property.  My mail box isnt a hydrant.  I've tried numerous times to plant bushes near my mailbox but do to excessive dog watering everything I plant dies.  So I just wont plant anything else there.   In regards to peoples dogs crapping in your yard. If you've asked the people to be more attentive to their dogs use the bathroom and that doesnt work. You can do one of two things.  When you catch the dog doing it, drop it off at the SPCA.  Eventually they will get tired of picking their dog up from the pound.  Call the county, there is a county code governing picking up your dogs waste.
