as for me,the first second this housing glitch is over I am bailing out in favor of a NO RESTRICTION lot with septic and well...and NO CITY OF MILFORD RIPOFF ELETRIC RATES...it didnt take me too long to figure out with these hidden taxes (water&electric&sewer) that I am paying almost the same as I was when living in newyork...with crappy food selection,inferior schools,and a bunch of toothless delaware country bumkins besides....this AINT NO DEAL LIVING HERE !!!!

You can't be that smart calling this a housing "glitch". You'll be upside down in your Milford home for years so get used to some of the best schools in the state, a great hospital, clean roads and air, and the smell of cow crap when we catch a breeze from the south .

I can assure you your taxes were much higher in New York. One of the reasons for the higher taxes is the onslaught of New York/New Jersey retire'ees moving here we need to upgrade our roads, water, electric grid and garbage dumps to handle the people searchin' to save a buck.

Shame on you....I got the name of a great realtor that can handle your short sale.

Enjoy paying $5g's for a well and $7000 for a septic only to have your neighbors cave 'em both in when they drive their NASCAR trailer over the two of them to be able park in thier pole building which is just behind the motor home soaking electric from the main house that has no screens or shingles. . . You'll be begging for restrictions then.

You want good food? You have some of the best places to eat in Rehoboth, Lewes, Dover...ect....call the chamber of commerce for a dining guide.

BTW...I have all my teeth. The further south you go the more southern hospitality you get. .  .  All you get in New York is a crappy cab driver and an 8% sales tax

I agree with consigliere, this place is a dump!  Crappy house is falling apart and this area is the worst.  I can't believe that there are cows here.  I can't wait to move back to new jersey.
