Trails at Parkfield Lake

Im new, and deciding to buy a house in ParkField II subdivision, buying a home from KB, and I was wondering If I should be aware of anything around that area. The area and location looks great. But is there something I would need to worry about?

We are in the process of buying a KB home in the Parkfield II subdivision. Did you go through with buying a home there, if so how has your experience been so far? If not, was there something or things that stopped you from doing so?
