Choice is building a two story home in the 60' section of the Trails of Fossil Creek at the corner of Pyrite and Goldstone. Choice is in violation of section 6.3 of the HOA. There is no way that this home meets the 60% masonary standard. If you look at this home from the back it looks so out of place with the exisiting homes in the neighborhood. We're very concerned that this will bring down our property values.

It seems to me that the home you refer to is of sufficient quality and meets the HOA requirements. As for the looks of the back of this home, where in the HOA covenant does it state that the homes of Trails of Fossil Creek must all look similar? If that is the case, then the one-story homes are also out of place and should be in violation of the covenants of the HOA. P.S., I bought the home you have issues with. It obviously made code and passed the requirements of the HOA.

It was in violation and the HOA made Choice add additional brick to the house to meet the HOA requirement. |
