Why did History Maker Homes make a model next to the model home for Fox & Jacobs. History Maker Homes website shows that they are selling FROM Trails of Fossil Creek for Waters Bend. This doesn't make sense since Waters Bend has a different HOA company than we do.

Unfortunately they own some lots in The Trails of Fossil Creek. I understand they picked them of cheap from the bank. Probably some that Choice Homes had. The HOA has lowered the standards. In the 60 foot section the requirement for Brick exteriors is now at 50%. |
