Trails of Fossil Creek

My husband and I just recently purchased a home in The Trails of Fossil Creek and we need to know how to go about getting our pool cards. We were not provided those at closing or from or Sales office. Any suggestions on who to contact? We tried to go down to the sales office, the person there sent us across the street to History Home Makers office. The man there gave us A number for STD management and the lady I spoke to Does not manage The Trails. So we are not sure who to contact at this point.

Ditto, we moved in about a month ago, paid our HOA dues a year in advance & have rec'd squat!  No welcome letter, no info on pool hours or how to access it, nothing.  My neighbors also moved in last September and don't know how to get into the pool either, what exactly are we paying for???

I went through the same issue when I moved into the new home.   Just email or call then it should be in the mail before may when the pool opens

Anyone know who our HOA is?  Im renting a house in the neighborhood, and our landlord cannot figure out who our HOA is so we can get a pool key for our family.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
