The corner of Marion and Benedict has a problem with trash from Foodtown and non-residents who park or hang out in the area. Marion Ave., south of Benedict by the apartment building, is plagued with refuse. The vacant lot is often an eyesore because of garbage. What have you noticed? Have you picked up litter in the area?

Trash is a continuing problem behind Foodtown and around the neighborhood. The Post Office also complains about trash in their parking lot from Foodtown. When the store expands the potential for more garbage is going to make matters worse. Janice this is a good time for us to start using the new complaint forms. We are going to have to make our voices heard ( in writing) to have this problem addressed. We will have to start complaining in writing.
