I've repeatedly caught my neighbor picking up trash from his lawn and dumping it in his next door neighbor's yard. A few times I've seen him dump trash into the storm drain outside of my house. I have video recordings of these incidents. Is there anything I can do to make him stop? I tried to confront him in a nice, respectable way. I even offered to give him trash bags for that trash, but he just raises his voice and yells profanity at me every time. He's a terrible man and I dont feel safe near him. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation without directly speaking to him?
