I was wondering if there are CC & R's in place for our neighborhood? Are there any in place for Washington Twp. or Indianapolis?

I was wondering how long a pile of trash can remain on the lawn next to a driveway in front of a home at the street, how long 2 old dishwashers can stay on a driveway, visable from the street and facing a neighbor's home, and how long a commercial storage container can stay on a driveway visible from the neighboring homes?

I think it is important for our neighborhood and quality of life in our neighborhood. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
