Rumpke ordinarily does an extremely good job of collecting all of our yard waste, garbage, and recyclables; BUT, recently they have been leaving the containers in the driveway every week. 

Why does that matter?  #1: It just does when it doen't have to be that way.  #2: On more than one Tuesday recently, I have had to get out in a typhoon to move 5 cans (3 yard waste cans, the recycle bin, and the big can) so that I could get in the drive.   It doesn't have to be that way. 

OK so I drove up and down the streets checking this out. I noticed some interesting things.

Only 2 other trash cans were in the middle of the drive way so that home bound folks would have to stop and move them. Mine was put back right where I sat it out. I t almost always is.

Many trash cans were off to the side of the drive ways. Perhaps that is where the home owner put them out full. The lazy trash men will drop them close to where the picked them up. A solution might be to set them out off to the side away from the driveway.

Just an idea. 

Now, think about it.  If I had placed 5 trash containers in my driveway, how did I get out? 

I have noticed the same trash can problem lately.  Maybe you just happened to drive around after most people have put theirs up.  Also, they are moving them quite a bit - not just into my own driveway (which they have done) but on the other side or into my neighbor's driveway.
