I noticed that half of Thames trail was missed on Thursday's trash pickup last week. I believe that the trash was picked up by Friday, however I want to make sure if anyone is missed in the future, that Fort Worth sanitation is contacted. Our home has had problems the last 3 weeks with trash pickup. Each time we contacted the number for sanitation on the water bill and were told that any and all misses need to be reported. Since the work is contracted out to a trash collection company, the company can be fined after so many misses. In addition, poor service to all of us (the customers), can affect future contracts with the trash collectors. At least that was my understanding. Just wanted to pass the word

Thanks for the heads up I was thinking our vehicle was to close to the trash cans because we have been missed twice this month. So thanks again, will call the next time you can count on it. It is an inconvenience for us to have to drive to the dump to take our trash. Yes we fill both cans recycle and regular trash. Thank again |

San Joaquin did not receive trash service this past Thursday and they did not come on Friday either. I went online and filed a complaint about it. Here is the link to report missed pick ups: www.fortworthgov.org/applications/garbageissues/
