Doesn't anybody in Travis care that there is no care to planning, there are no longer any parking spaces available for our visiting friends and family. Rampant overdevelopment taxes our infrastructure, constant brown outs, sewer backups, school overcrowding, traffic issues.WAKEUp. Anyone out there?
