Does anyone have the details on our landscaper's contract? When we elect our new Board, will we get to send out for new bids immediately or will we have to wait until Susan's contract runs complete? We for one, are very disgusted with the amount of time and work that is put into Parkwest. I believe our portion which goes to landscaping runs about $65.00 of our dues. We would rather take that money and hire someone who really cares about our community!
