I am still collecting Proxies for the Circle C board of directors elections on Wed, March 24th.
The deadline for Proxy voting is TUESDAY, March 23rd, this is a new change, to give the staff more time to collect and count the votes.
You can still vote in person at the CCHOA members meeting, but you had better come early, because voting and turnout will be heavy.
Meeting starts early this year, at 6:30pm.
The meeting agenda is printed on the front of your Circle C Proxy. If you have lost your Proxy or already threw it away (many have done so, because it looked like other corporate junk mail) - you can still get a duplicate at the CCHOA office, in person. If you have never been to the office or you weren't aware that it moved last year, please note that it is in a corner of the Child Development Center (CDC) building, next to the mailcenter. Drive over to the pool, park in the back somewhere, and walk to the mail center. You will see the glass doors. Ask for a replacement Proxy and ballot, fill it out, and leave it there.
MAKE SURE YOUR BALLOT is secruely stapled to the PROXY, or they can't count your vote.
Better yet, sign your PROXY to me, or a trusted candidate for one of teh director positions, and ask them to come get your proxy.
We have teams in the area picking up proxies every day. Just leave it under your door mat.
No need for the ballot, if you sign your proxy to someone else. Your votes will just be added to their's.
I'm your block captain in Park West and I'm happy to pick up and deliver your proxy for you.
