PW BOD,

I would like the BOD to look into what land is common property for ParkWest. This should not be something that is up in the air. Travis CAD shows the land on the greenbelt to be ParkWest's, just as the salesperson told me and many of my neighbors. Please confirm this and let all residents know.

Also, myself and many of my neighbors like how ParkWest is being sold as ''Villas of ParkWest'' instead of ''ParkWest Garden Homes''. As a marketing professional I think new signs of the same style would help sales. Can the board approve new signage at the gates to reflect the new name. It will help sell the remaining homes, and help those neighbors who chose to sell in the future sell more homes as well.
