CC&Rs
I'd prefer a design that leaves it in its natural, undeveloped state. Of course, I'll have to refer to my CC&Rs.

Anonymous, when a committee is put together to plan the area for the community, I suggest you step forward and be part of that committee and your opinion can be heard. Most people have opinions that appear strong at the start. Until they have to invest some of their time. I believe Jack is a great guy and has done a kind thing for ParkWest by clearing out some of the ''tree weeds'' we all call cedars (and we didn't even have to pay him). Jack's years of experience in City/State Parks is unparalleled and I believe ParkWest is lucky to have had him move into that house on that greenbelt. If the cedars were left and not cut, you would not be able to even walk through the ''natural area''. By sal |

CC&Rs acryonym
CC&Rs Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The meaning of the acronym didn't dawn on me at first so I had to do some research on the web. Gimme a break, I had not had coffee yet, either! :) Will |

Great!!!!
Great. I'm all for volunteering. And I'm not afraid to put in some time. I'm glad to hear that Jack is a good guy with park experience, and I'm glad to hear that he intends the chairs to be for everyone. Because I'll tell you, I was shocked and extremely disapointed to see that swing set built on the green belt. I honestly think it ought to come down immediately, and you'll recognize me at the next public meeting saying that very thing. |
