I did a little research and found out that the noise from construction at night is OK from the city of Austin's point of view. BUT, there is a specific restriction in the Circle C HOA builder Architectural Control Guidelines that work can ONLY be performed from Dawn to Dusk.
So, If the noise at night time is bothering you, call Denise at our HOA at 775-3239.Those who live within the construction zones here in Park West will want to write that number down.
