I think it's a sad state of affairs that we have 2 out of three officers who do not live here, their contributions to the HOA are minimal (Hammonds used to be in arears-I accidently received their past due bills in the mail), and we have no relationship with these 2 guys-only heard their names for the first time this week!

Promise of an annual meeting

We were to have an HOA meeting last month. We are now promised that it will be this month. Why has a date not been set?

I've heard nothing about a meeting, and assume there will not be one unless the board is forced again.

Is anyone aware of any communciations at all since our last HOA meeting ? Last time, Wes Peoples from Hammonds Homes ducked out, will it be Eric's turn to suddenly have other plans, too ?

What Losers !!

Someone must have read the By-Laws to them - this is the second time they have tried to ignore or push off the annual members meeting.

I think we should insit on one every 3 months until they start communcating with us on a regular basis. They are supposed to publish the BOD meeting and committee meeting notes and make them available to all the members (yes, just like CCHOA).

Anyone ever seen the records of our Park West HOA ?

Does any one care where their $1200 a year are going ?
