Most of you should have received you Park West phonebook, by now. Please check it carefully and report any errors.
As you can see, the format is a simple computer spreadsheet, which is a format that I find easier to use and reference. It's handy on the computer, too.
The list has grown - perhaps doubled in size since last year. That's good and I hope you will all use to recognize and meet you neighbors.
We have new neighbors, many of whom are not in the Phone list, so encourage them to forward their information to the property management company, or allow you to do it for them.
This list is confidencial and it should be handeld that way. Do not forward it to anyone outside of the neighborhood and don't use it for your junk mail or marketing. The same goes for email addresses.
When and if you choose to send an email to the neighborhood members who have provided that information, make sure that you put the addresses in the BCC (Blind Copy Concatonate field) of your email - this is the best way that you can hide the list of addresses (if you don't, there is a real risk that the list could be forwarded to someone who generates SPAM lists, with junk mail as an unwanted result).
Otherwise, I encourage everyone here to keep the communication lines open. I would like to see some way to post notices through our mailcenter, too. It's easy enough to put up another box by the message boards.
Thanks to everyone who helps keep the mail centers tidy. One day, we will have lights installed, too!
