On Friday, a printable survey form was posted on the CCHOA web site and hard copies were distributed to each of the Circle C Mail Centers. It's in the box where you normally find the newsletters.
If you or your neighbors haven't already filled one out and sent it in, please try to do it this week. Wal-Mart has finalized their site pland and is trying to submit it to the City this week.
I think a lot of people have picked up the surveys, because there is a lot of good information on them. However, we need those survey forms (page 2) ASAP. They need to

Please bring the survey to the CCHOA office at the Pool complex. It's Suite 100 - an office right next to the Mail Center, which is part of Child Center building.
Or, you can drop it off at the Information Center on Slaughter Lane.

Please don't fill it out and leave at the mail center.
