Dear Neighbors:
How disappointing it is that our NEW Board would intentionally ignore the fact that our Bookkeeper, Terri Giles, has used our hard-earned money to pay the Developer, Gary Bradley?’s electricity, water and property taxes for more than ten years and received kickback which was reflected clearly in her compensation.
It is even more outrageous that our NEW Board would brush aside all the rock-hard evidence and renew the contract with Terri Giles. The Board even called it a ?“Great Value for your money?”!
We have not been only victimized by the Developer, Gary Bradley, for all these years; we are now being treated as fools by our NEW Board. Our NEW Directors are insulting our intelligence.
Did we elect all these NEW Directors as our Kings and Queen? Do they have the right to do whatever they want and however they like regardless of homeowners?’ interest?
Did they expect that we would accept whatever they do with no question to ask?
What is the true meaning of FIDUCIARY DUTY?
Why did we go through all this trouble to elect a team of new management who behaves not much different from the old one? Have we created an illusion to fooling ourselves?
Let us demand all these answers from our NEW Directors of the Board of CCHoA.
