CCHOA,
1. In the December newsletter it states O'Reilly disclosed the Stratus transaction. I would like to see evidence of where and when he disclosed this fact. I have seen all the up to date minutes provided to the members. It is in none of these minutes.
2. Also, the newsletter states Mr. Gammon never contacted the CCHOA with his particular concerns about the voting procedures. That is FALSE. I was at a pool meeting held by residents before the election. At that meeting, Ken Rigsbee said, in person, that there would be a valid voting list as Mr. Gammon asked him, again, in person. I was there as well as a few dozen others.
3. I would like to see any records that states HEB/Stratus has agreed to a 40 ft height limitation.
4. You report in the newsletter, that Stratus has met with Vintage Place homeowners. How many homeowners were at that meeting, when was the meeting, and was the meeting brought to the attention of all Vintage place residents as the newsletter suggests?
5. Please send me a copy of the existing deed restrictions and design guidelines you refer to in the Dec newsletter.
6. Is there a traffic study that shows Escarpment/Slaughter can handle a 93,000 sq ft HEB? The Brodie Lane HEB is 76,000 sq ft. From the research I've done, a 93,000 sq ft store needs larger access roads such as Mopac. Simply put, the proposed HEB needs to be scaled down. I would suggest nothing larger than the Brodie HEB (76,000 sq ft) for the Front Door of our community.
