JUDGMENT DENYING DISCHARGE

The Court entered its Memorandum Opinion in the above entitled and numbered matter on October 28, 2004. Of even date therewith, the Court entered its Judgment with regard to the ?“Trust Issues?”.

Of even date herewith, the Court has entered its Supplement to Memorandum Opinion, its Order Denying the Joint Motion of the Chapter 7 Trustee and the F.D.I.C. to Reopen the Evidence on the ?“Discharge Issues?”, and an Order severing the remaining Discharge Issues from this consolidated adversary proceeding into a new adversary proceeding.

Based upon all the foregoing, it is accordingly ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Gary L. Bradley be, and he is hereby, denied a discharge under 11 U.S.C. 727 (a) (2) (A). It is further

ORDERED that this Judgment together with the Judgment previously entered on October 28, 2004 be, and they are hereby, deemed final judgments as of this date.
